Shipping policy

If you authorize the signature release and your package gets lost in the delivery, we won't be able to refund or replace your order.

 

If you need to redirect Your package to a different address, you will be responsible for additional fees.

 

1.- Please be aware that all orders are processed in 48 business hours (NOT including weekends).

 

2-The approximate arrival time for  fajas: Production time 5 Business days + 2/3 business days Shipping

 

We do not ship to PO boxes, and Konture By KBody will not cover any expenses generated by ordering to PO Boxes, and the client should cover it. Refunds to orders made to PO BOX will not be complete due to the administration fee.
